Design, engineer, and build a car that can fit into a shoe box created 100% by students and powered by a chemical reaction. The building of the car is not limited to just chemical engineers. Having different majors adds creativity to the design and leads to successful results.
It is a great activity for new members from all engineering disciplines, and allows for creative thinking and application of the knowledge from the classroom onto a real life problem. Conferences and competitions also allows for professional development and gives students the opportunity to interact with students from other universities.
