Race, Gender, and Identity Politics Club

Purpose:

Founded during the Spring 2017 semester, the Race, Gender and Identity Politics Club is dedicated to providing students with a space to share their experiences regarding identity, both inside and outside of Cooper Union. Topics include: gender, sexuality, race, religion, immigration, free speech, privilege and disability rights.

Contribution:

The Race, Gender and Identity Politics Club is dedicated to providing students with a space to share their experiences regarding identity, both inside and outside of Cooper Union. In addition to this, the club is intended to create community among the students at The Cooper Union. The club is open to students from all three schools. Lunch is always provided during the 1 hour sessions.
